What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and together we will agree a suitable time and day for weekly sessions to take place online.

Expression & Creativity

Utilizing body awareness and expression to unlock emotional healing. Play, movement and creativity are fun non-verbal ways to communicate for everyone but also for anyone who may find talking therapies challenging. 

You do not need to have any prior experience of any of the creative tools as everything is suitable for all ages, mobilities and experience.

Supportive Environment

My role is to create a non-judgemental space where experimentation is welcome and self-expression is validated. Over time this fosters trust, emotional release, and personal insight, helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered in your journey.

Reflection and openness are key ingredients to the process and during our time together we will connect motion and emotion. All sessions are confidential

Integrative Psychotherapy

I have an integrative approach, incorporating many creative modalities such as improvisation, play, props, music, drawing and talking therapy alongside movement.

I find this flexible style supports whomever I am working with to help give expression and form to each persons unique experience, facilitating reflection, growth and overall wellbeing.

Individualised Sessions

Sessions are tailored towards individual and/or group needs, unique as each journey and individual. Together we will explore your pathway to reach any goals you may want to achieve.
